Travel awards cover the full registration fee of the conference (this includes accommodation and all meals). Students and postdoctoral fellows can apply for travel award at the abstracts submission and pre-registration. A letter from the nominee’s supervisor needs to be uploaded.

Travel award for scientists from low/middle income countries*:

Travel awards cover the full registration fee of the conference (this includes accommodation and all meals). Travel costs are generally not provided but can be considered provided funds are available. Faculty, students and postdoctoral fellows can apply for travel award at the abstracts submission and pre-registration. A letter from the nominee’s supervisor is not needed for faculty. Students and postdoctoral fellow applications require a letter from the nominee’s supervisor to be uploaded.
